1.1 Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Synco, you agree to these Terms.

1.2 Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of Synco. Please read it here.

If you purchase any product or service made available through Synco (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide information relevant to your Purchase (e.g., credit card number, expiration date, billing address, shipping information).

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use any payment method in connection with any Purchase
• The information you supply is true, correct, and complete

We use third-party services to process payments and complete Purchases. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share it with those third parties, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, availability, errors in descriptions or prices, errors in your order, or suspected fraud or unauthorized/illegal activity.

4.1 Plans

Synco offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Each plan provides access to Synco features and is billed accordingly.

4.2 Free Trial

New users may receive a 15-day free trial. If you provide billing details at sign-up, you will not be charged until the trial ends. After the trial, charges apply based on the plan selected.

4.3 Billing and Payments

You must provide accurate and complete payment information. Payments are processed securely by third parties. You authorize us to charge fees to your chosen payment method.

5.1 Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Your access remains active until the end of the current month.

5.2 Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription, no refund will be issued. A credit will be added to your account for future purchases or renewals.

5.3 No Refunds

Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6.1 Modifications

Woodili Limited may change subscription fees at any time. Changes take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

6.2 Notice

We will provide reasonable prior notice of any fee change so you can cancel before it becomes effective.

6.3 Continued Use

Your continued use of Synco after a fee change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee.

7.1 Ownership of Data

You retain ownership of customer data (including photos and personalization details) processed through Synco. Woodili Limited does not claim ownership and acts solely as the processor.

7.2 Feedback and Suggestions

Any ideas, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding Synco become the property of Woodili Limited. By submitting feedback, you grant us a right to use, modify, and distribute it without obligation to compensate or credit you.

Synco allows you to post, store, share, and make available text, graphics, images, videos, and other materials (“Content”). You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the Content you provide.

By posting Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the Content or have the necessary rights to use it and to grant the licenses set out in these Terms
• Your posting does not infringe any third-party rights (including privacy, copyright, trademark, or contract rights)

You retain ownership of your Content, but by submitting it to Synco you grant Woodili Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Content in connection with operating and improving the Service, including making it available to other users in accordance with these Terms.

While not obligated to monitor user Content, we may review and remove Content we believe is unlawful, offensive, or violates these Terms. Content owned by Woodili Limited or used with permission may not be distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You agree to use Synco only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors
• Transmit or facilitate unsolicited advertising or spam (e.g., “junk mail,” “chain letters”)
• Impersonate Woodili Limited, our employees, other users, or any person or entity
• Infringe the rights of others or engage in illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Restrict or inhibit another user’s use of Synco or engage in conduct that may harm or expose Woodili Limited or users to liability
• Use Synco in a way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with others’ real-time use
• Use automated means (robots, spiders, scrapers) to access the Service or copy/monitor materials
• Use manual processes to copy or monitor materials for unauthorized purposes without our prior written consent
• Introduce malware or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, servers, or databases
• Conduct denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks
• Take actions that could damage or distort Woodili Limited’s reputation or ratings
• Otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Modify, create derivative works from, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the app

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account and devices. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use.

Usernames may not:

• Belong to someone else
• Infringe any rights (e.g., trademarks) without authorization
• Be offensive, vulgar, or obscene

We may use third-party providers to monitor and analyze Service usage.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to track and report website traffic and interactions with the Service. Google may use the data collected across its services, including for advertising personalization. For more information, review Google’s Privacy Policy here.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Woodili Limited makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

We do not warrant that the Service or its content will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted; that defects will be corrected; or that the Service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer does not affect warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Except where prohibited by law, you agree to hold Woodili Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including attorneys’ fees and related costs) arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service, whether in contract, negligence, or other tort, including claims for personal injury or property damage, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where Woodili Limited is found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products or services. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, at our sole discretion, for any reason (including any violation of these Terms), without prior notice or liability.

If you wish to terminate your account, stop using the Service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability).
